The village of Liberty Center will be anxious to hear the results of an EPA visit to a parcel north of town, reviewing the ground where the Henry County Regional Water and Sewer district hopes to drill for a new water source. The site is located along Henry County road 2, between roads V and W. Once the crops are harvested from the property, some test wells will be drilled to determine the quality and quantity of the water supply.
Liberty Center Council is urging residents to be watching for information from Maumee Valley Planning Organization, regarding an income survey. That data will be anonymous and utilized for the village’s application to obtain grant dollars to pay for a street resurfacing project. The streets include Young, West Cherry, and Edison Lane.
