Sentences were handed-down in several cases from Defiance County Common Pleas court. 79 year old Miguel Urdiales of Defiance was found guilty on four counts of rape, and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Urdiales was also classified as a Tier-3 sex offender, the most serious classification allowed by the state.
26 year old Julio Collazo pled guilty to Aggravated Robbery and Felonious Assault, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
And 20 year old Damon Robinson was sentenced to 41 months in prison after convictions for Aggravated Vehicular Assault, Endangering Children, and OVI.
