The August title report was released by Henry County Clerk of Courts Connie Schnitkey concerning vehicles sold in the past month. Total vehicle titles fell in August from 676 to 638; but titles for new cars jumped from 30 to 36 in the monthly comparison. New truck titles bumped up from 14 to 16; but in Henry County, titles for new RV’s and motorcycles plummeted from 31 to 9 in August. Watercraft titles also fell from 33 to 19.
In Henry County Common Pleas Court, there were 33 new cases filed in August, compared with 27 a year ago.
And U.S. passport applications held steady at 20 last month.
