FULTON COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS GILMORE FOR ATT. MURDER

The Fulton County Grand Jury has indicted a Toledo teen for Attempted Aggravated Murder in connection with a shootout involving law officers in Fulton County.  18 year old Jeshua Gilmore of Toledo was also indicted for two counts of Felonious Assault, Having while under Disability, Receiving Stolen Property, Breaking and Entering, along with Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle.  Gilmore was apprehended a short time after the shootout.

          A co-defendant in the case, 18 year old Skye Thibodeaux  of Delta was indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury for two counts of Obstructing Justice, Receiving Stolen Property, Criminal Damaging, and Failing to Comply with an Officer. 

Another indictment was handed down for 62 year old Melvin Myers of Wauseon for Importuning, Pandering Obscenity involving a Minor, and two counts of Disseminating matter harmful to Juveniles.  It’s alleged Myers solicited a person under the age of 16 for sexual activity through the internet.
