The Henry County Grand Jury met recently and indicted 5 persons after cases were presented by Prosecuting Attorney Gwen Howe Gebers. The indictments include:
37 year old Elmer Gamble of Deshler- on 4 counts of Sexual Battery, and for Gross Sexual Imposition.
36 year old Daniel L. Lane of Fayette- for 2 counts of Domestic Violence, and for Felonious Assault.
41 year old Nicholas R. Scott of Liberty Center was indicted for Domestic Violence.
35 year old Amanda Koppenhofer of Hamler was indicted by the Henry County Grand Jury for OVI, and Failing to Comply with an Officer.
And 40 year old Leon A. West, V of McClure was indicted for Improper Handling of Firearms in a Motor Vehicle.
