A rural Defiance man has been sentenced to 6 consecutive terms of life in prison, after his conviction on multiple counts of Rape. 54 year old Gregory Goller of rural Defiance was found guilty at a jury trial earlier this month in Defiance County Common Pleas Court. Besides the life sentences for rape, Goller was also sentenced to over 70 years in prison for 20 counts of Child Endangering, and another 7 to 10.5 years behind bars for Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity Oriented Material or Performance. Judge Joseph Schmenk handed down the sentences in Defiance County Common Pleas Court. The crimes committed by Goller took place at his property on Trinity Road, and involved victims under the age of 13.
