A murder suspect wanted in state of Texas, was nabbed by Defiance Police Monday night. Officers were called to the 1000 block of Grove Street around 8pm Monday, to arrest 24 year old Justin Snyder of Defiance in connection with a domestic violence incident at that location. It was discovered another subject at that Grove Street residence was wanted in the state of Texas for murder, and had left the house. Defiance police were able to locate and arrest 41 year old Ricky Thymes of Defiance in the 800 block of Jackson Avenue some time later. Thymes was taken into custody without incident; and has been charged as a Fugitive from Justice. Justin Snyder was charged with Domestic Violence. Both suspects are scheduled for initial hearings in Defiance Municipal Court Wednesday morning.
