Police in the city of Napoleon have filed charges against 3 subjects in connection with an investigation into Abuse of a Corpse. The alleged incident occurred in the 800 block of Oakwood Avenue in Napoleon.
41 year old Brandon Stiltner of Sherwood, and 27 year old Jamie Hernandez, Jr. of Napoleon were both charged with Abuse of a Corpse along with Tampering with Evidence. A co-defendant in the case, 28 year old Paulette Bergeon of Napoleon has been charged with Complicity to Abuse of a Corpse, and Complicity to Tampering with Evidence. All three defendants were served charges, and are being held at the regional jail. The victim in this case is allegedly 29 year old Jared J. Hernandez of Defiance, who’s body was found at a Paulding County Cemetery on March 29th.
