A Liberty Center man is being held on a cash bond of $50,000 after his arraignment in Napoleon Municipal Court on a felony 1 charge of Rape. 35 year old James L. Marcum of Liberty Center had his initial appearance in court today facing the Rape charge. The alleged crime occurred January 1st of this year, at a location on Yeager Street in Napoleon, involving a juvenile victim. That victim was transported to the Henry County Hospital for treatment. James Marcum is scheduled back in court for a preliminary hearing on March 24th.
36 year old Virginia Jordan of Bryan was arraigned on a felony charge of Possession of Drugs, with bond set at $5,000.
And 41 year old Joey Gaines of Bryan is facing two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, with bond set at $7,500. Jordan and Gaines are also scheduled back in court for preliminary hearings next Thursday, March 24th in Napoleon Municipal Court.
