Police in Columbus made a grisly discovery Wednesday with ties to the city of Defiance. During a drug bust, while serving a warrant; Columbus officers found body parts of a woman identified as 32 year old Allyson Lorenz of Defiance. The circumstances surrounding her death have not been revealed; but the location was a home on Bashan Drive, in the southwest corner of Columbus, just north of Grove City. The case is being treated as a homicide; but there was no information on any arrest. Defiance City Police report they did not have any missing person report filed for Allyson Lorenz.
