The aroma of barbequed ribs should be hovering around the village of Hamler this summer, as the local fire department will be hosting a rib-fest on June 25th.Hamler Council approved the event, which will be hosted by the Marion Township and Hamler Fire Department. Hamler Council also discussed a study that indicated a third lagoon was needed for the sewer system. The village is looking to refinance some previous sewer loans to save money for residents.
