The Henry County Sheriff’s office is looking for a vehicle that was involved in a hit and run accident that led to serious injuries for a jogger. The incident was reported around 5:30pm Friday, when a male subject was struck from behind by a vehicle while jogging along Henry County road G-1.It was not until about a half hour later that the victim was located, and life flight was dispatched to the scene.33 year old Sam Santos, Jr. of rural Holgate suffered injuries, and was transported by air ambulance to St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo. The driver of the vehicle that struck the jogger fled from the scene, and has not been located.
