A Defiance County man has been indicted by the local grand jury on multiple felony charges including Rape.35 year old Jeremy E. Fauver, who’s now being held at the regional jail, was indicted for Rape, Sexual Battery, Abduction, two counts of Domestic Violence, and Disrupting Public Services.It’s alleged that between July 12th and September 2nd, Fauver committed these crimes at a residence on Edgerton Street in Hicksville.The charges further allege that Fauver tampered with the victim’s phone to prevent them from calling police for help.Jeremy Fauver has a previous conviction for Domestic Violence.
