An early morning vehicle pursuit in Defiance led to an arrest.Defiance Police attempted to stop a vehicle on Elliot Road for a red-light violation, when the vehicle fled from the scene.The pursuit travelled through a company parking lot, onto Clinton Street, and then onto U.S. 24.The driver was eventually stopped near Carpenter Road around 12:30am today, where 33 year old Jaclyn Quintero of Defiance was arrested and charged with OVI, Reckless Operation, Open Container, Failure to Comply with an Officer, Fictitious Plates, and Driving under Suspension.It was also discovered that Jaclyn Quintero was wanted on a warrant out of Williams County.
