The Defiance County Sheriff’s office has made an arrest in connection with a break-in reported in the village of Sherwood on Tuesday.At about 4:41pm that day, the sheriff’s office was called concerning a possible break-in in the 100 block of South Harrison Street in Sherwood.When officers arrived, they found a subject walking in that area.34 year old Cody Fleming of Mark Center was taken into custody; and has been charged with Theft, Breaking and Entering, along with a probation violation.Fleming was held in the Paulding County Jail for the probation violation, with other information turned over to the Defiance County Prosecutor.
