A shooting incident over the weekend in Paulding County has led to the arrest of two subjects.The Paulding County Sheriff’s office was dispatched to a location along state route 111 Saturday night at 10:07pm, where an adult male was shot.The preliminary investigation revealed 36 year old Alisha M. Shepherd fired a shot at her 36 year old live-in boyfriend, Louis A. Wannemacher.The bullet grazed Wannemacher in the neck.The sheriff’s office reports the shooting occurred as Wannemacher was allegedly assaulting Shepherd and her 12 year old son.Louis Wannemacher was transported to the Paulding County Hospital, and was treated and released.
Alisha Shepherd has been charged with Felonious Assault, while Louis Wannemacher is charged with two counts of Domestic Violence.Both were scheduled in court today (Monday).
