The city of Defiance is moving forward with plans for a new senior housing development on the south side.Defiance Council approved expansion of a community reinvestment area, which will lead to a 30-unit senior housing project on the Glen Park campus, off state route 66 south.
Defiance Council also approved a lease agreement for a fleet management company to oversee maintenance of some of their vehicles.The company is Enterprise Rental.
