A familiar face is returning to lead the Wauseon School District.At their meeting Monday, the Wauseon Board of Education hired Troy Armstrong as the new superintendent.Armstrong was elementary principal at Wauseon for nearly a decade; but has been assistant superintendent of Springfield schools near Toledo for the past 4 years.Troy Armstrong replaces Larry Brown who retired, but it returning to education as superintendent of Ft. Recovery Schools.
