The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 20 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray.
Some of those indictments include 39 year old Samuel West of Hicksville, indicted for 3 counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, in a case that involved a 13 year old victim.
28 year old Steven Waller of Defiance was indicted for Attempted Rape, Gross Sexual Imposition, and Public Indecency.The alleged crimes involved an adult female victim.
And 27 year old Logan Moss, and 62 year old Daniel Moss, both of Defiance, were indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs.This case involved the alleged sale of methamphetamines.
