The Ohio Power Siting Board has authorized construction of another wind farm in PauldingCounty.Paulding Wind Farm IV, LLC will erect their wind turbines near Payne, with 37 turbines generating up to 125 megawatts of electricity.Underground electric collection lines will transfer electricity produced by the wind turbines to a collection substation that will be connected to the regional grid.Approximately 17 miles of access roads will be constructed to support this facility.Construction will begin in the second quarter of this year, in hopes of the wind turbines going into service during the fourth quarter of 2019.
