The Henry County Grand Jury indicted 16 persons this week after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Gwen Howe Gebers. Some of the indictments include 66 year old Edward Arps of Napoleon on a charge of Rape. 32 year old Alex Smith, and 42 year old Danny Bear, both of Deshler, were each indicted for Breaking and Entering.
32 year old Craig Franz of Holgate was indicted for Domestic Violence with a specification. 30 year old Adam Majchszak of Defiance was indicted on two counts of Pandering Obscenity involving a Minor. 28 year old Rodney Garza of Bryan was indicted for Menacing by Stalking, And 40 year old Mark Phillips of Deshler was indicted for Assault on a Peace Officer.
