The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted about a dozen persons this week, after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray. One of those indictments was for 70 year old Dennis D. Stark, who was indicted for Rape, and five counts of Gross Sexual Imposition. The case involved alleged offenses against a victim under 10 years of age. The crimes occurred in August and September of this year on Kentner Street in Defiance.
