A Napoleon woman was arraigned in Municipal Court on a felony count of Theft. Alexis Rowe of Napoleon was released on her own recognizance, and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing next Thursday.
The Fulton County grand jury indicted 30 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Scott Haselman. Some of those indictments include 27 year old Jason Foster of Wauseon, for Trafficking in Cocaine, and Permitting Drug Abuse.
26 year old Jacob Olson of Wauseon was indicted on four counts of Trafficking Heroin, and Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs.
26 year old Brandon Bailey of Napoleon was indicted for Trespassing in a Habitation when a person was likely to be present.
And 30 year old Matthew Andrews of Wauseon was indicted for Sexual Imposition, Pandering Obscenity involving a Minor, and Illegal Use of a Minor in Nudity oriented Material.
