A number of sentencing hearings were held recently in Henry County Common Pleas Court. Jason Gonzales of Archbold pled guilty to Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. Gonzales was sentenced to 30 months in prison.
Edward Polansky, Jr. of Toledo pled guilty to Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, and for Failure to Comply with an Officer. Polansky was ordered to serve 4 years in prison.
Tracy Nation of Napoleon pled guilty to Theft and Permitting Drug Abuse. Nation was placed on community control for 3 years.
And Gary Karr of Napoleon pled guilty to two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, with a pre-sentence investigation ordered by the Henry County Court.
