Napoleon Police were dispatched to the scene of a car-pedestrian collision reported around 3:30pm Tuesday. The location was the intersection of Woodlawn and Glenwood Avenue, where 10 year old Chelsea Hammonds of Napoleon was apparently struck by a vehicle and injured. She was transported to the Henry County Hospital by Napoleon Rescue.
The Henry County Sheriff’s office made an arrest at 3:50pm yesterday, when a subject was picked-up on warrant. 23 year old Meagan Rivera of Napoleon was taken into custody on Patricia Avenue in Napoleon, and transported to CCNO.
