The Fulton County Commissioners have reviewed the recommendations from the tax incentive review council regarding tax abatement agreements around the county. Tax abatement agreements were continued for Fulton County Processing, Quiring Delta Real Estate, and Worthington Industries. These three companies are all meeting employment and investment goals. A tax incentive agreement for Aero Beech has expired, and they will now move to full taxation.
And the Fulton County Commissioners approved advertising for bids for the county’s paving program in 2018. The estimated cost for resurfacing county roads this year is about 2.5 million dollars.
