A jury of 9 women and 3 men in Fulton County are slated to begin deliberations in the murder trial for James Worley of rural Delta in Fulton County Common Pleas Court. The state wrapped-up their closing arguments, following final statements by attorneys for James Worley in the Wauseon courtroom. The defense attorneys for James Worley called only two witnesses to testify on Friday, and then closed their case, without the defendant taking the stand. James Worley is accused of kidnapping and aggravated murder, in connection with the death of 20 year old Sierra Joughin (joggin) of rural Metamora in 2016.
