It allows strangers to rent pools and other backyard amenities (like BBQ grills etc) by the hour. There are some rules, like how many people you are permitted to have there. Rental prices vary but some are under $100/hour. If you have 4 people and split it, that isn't very expensive at all! This whole thing has me wishing I would have thought of this! Seriously...great idea.
