A late night fatal crash Tuesday in Henry County has taken the lives of two persons. The Henry County Sheriff’s office was dispatched to the scene at the intersection of roads S and 17 northwest of Napoleon at 10:39pm last night. 20 year old Kelsey Davis of Napoleon was operating the vehicle westbound, when she lost control of the auto, striking a driveway. The vehicle went airborne and then struck a tree and small ditch. 20 year old Kelsey Renee Davis of Napoleon was pronounced dead at the scene, along with a passenger, 24 year old Xavier Alexander Hernandez of Paulding, who was also pronounced dead by Henry County Coroner Dr. Fritz. A front seat passenger sustained serious injuries, 54 year old Jack Krontz, Sr. of Napoleon. He was transported by air ambulance to the University of Toledo Medical Center. Ridgeville Rescue, and Napoleon Fire and Rescue both responded to the scene.
The Henry County Sheriff’s office also investigated a break-in discovered at the old high school in Liberty Center at 10:38am Tuesday. 19 year old Jeff Sullivan of Liberty Center was charged with Breaking and Entering, along with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Two male juveniles were also charged in the break-in.
