DEFIANCE COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS 9, THEFT OF $160,000 FROM A LOCAL SCHOOL

The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 9 persons this week after cases were presented by Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray.

Some of those indictments include:

40 year old Brandi Berry of Defiance, charged with Aggravated Theft and Forgery.It’s alleged Berry stole approximately $160,000 from a private school where she was employed.

79 year old James Tutwiler of Continental was indicted on 12 counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, with the alleged victim under the age of 13.

39 year old James Yoder of Hicksville was indicted for Aggravated Trafficking and Possession of Drugs.

And 56 year old Jerry Estrada of Napoleon was indicted for Burglary.
