The second phase of downtown road construction in Napoleon will continue. That will mean a full closure of North Perry Street between West Clinton and Oakwood Avenue. Shelby Street will also be closed between Scott and Monroe Streets. The current closure on East Clinton in Napoleon is expected to last two weeks. The detour for traffic will be Monroe Street.
The next phase of construction will move crews to West Clinton, between Scott and Perry Streets, where one lane of traffic will be maintained. The current closures on West Washington and East Clinton will be in effect for two more weeks.
