An historic structure in Wauseon that dates back to 1872 is headed for a face-lift. Fulton County Commissioners passed a resolution seeking bids for the renovation of the county courthouse. The work will include historic preservation, replacement of the heating and cooling systems, addition of security measures and technology, along with ADA elevators.
