The Henry County Sheriff’s office investigated two injury accidents on Wednesday. The first collision occurred at 4:37am yesterday at county road 7 and state route 18. 62 year old Cheryl Schwiebert of rural Hamler was travelling and struck a pickup pulling some farm equipment. Schwiebert was injured; and Hamler EMS responded; but she was not transported.
Then at 12:23pm, two vehicles were involved in a crash on state route 109 in Liberty Township. 41 year old James Yeary of Liberty Center lost control of his pickup, landing in a field. Yeary suffered serious injuries; and was transported from the scene by Life Flight and taken to the Toledo Hospital.
Henry County deputies also investigated a theft in the 400 block of Greenler Street, reported just before 9pm last night, when an outside speaker was stolen from the property.
