The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 10 persons last week, including 30 year old Jeffrey Deitsch of rural Defiance on a felony-1 charge of Kidnapping. It’s alleged Deitsch restrained an adult female at a residence on Ralston Avenue in Defiance around November 22nd.
And 25 year old Brittany Long of Napoleon was indicted on three counts: Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, Tampering with Evidence, and Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
