The Henry County Grand Jury indicted 3 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Gwen Howe Gebers. The indictments include 29 year old Rachel Gonzales of Napoleon, indicted for Trespassing in a Habitation when a person was likely to be present, and for Domestic Violence.
27 year old Brandon Shultz of Napoleon was indicted for Breaking and Entering.
And 23 year old Josh McCoy of Findlay was indicted for Burglary.
